El trabajo de un abogado siempre ha estado asociado a la generación de una gran cantidad de documentación. La tramitación de todo tipo de procedimientos, obliga a los abogados a estar continuamente redactando todo tipo de papeles.

A pesar de que, tradicionalmente, se ha considerado que el problema del almacenamiento era fundamental en esta profesión, lo cierto es que con el paso de los años se han detectado otros inconvenientes. Entre ellos, la pérdida de tiempo derivada de la transcripción de los textos.

En este post pretendemos abordar estos dos grandes problemas a los que se enfrentan los abogados: la falta de eficacia de la transcripción y la gestión documental con el objetivo de poner a disposición de todos los despachos las soluciones disponibles para conseguir un ahorro de tiempo y costes en estas tareas.

La transformación digital ha puesto al alcance de todos nuevas y atractivas facilidades a la hora de realizar cualquier tipo de trabajo. En este sentido, mientras que hace años los abogados tenían que transcribir los textos a mano, hoy en día es mucho más habitual el uso de ordenadores y tabletas. Además, han comenzado a surgir todo tipo de soluciones que facilitan la transcripción de documentos de forma mucho más rápida y precisa.

[18] With this booming demand, in 1904 the new Marracos power plant with 6000 hp turbines, which was connected to the city through a new 30 kV line, also began to operate in 1904.
